Alissa's Book

Do any bookstores carry Alissa's book? I'd like to be able to flip through it and see if it's something i'm truly going to enjoy and benefit from before I purchase it. I know people rave about it, but when I buy a book, I like to get it in my hands before I purchase it. I did see her webpage and the option to browse through her book, but it's not the same as having it in front of you.
