View Full Version : Can I Do All In One Day - Bar Method and Circular?

Okay. I'm going to start raw on the 15th. I've purchased The Bar Method Body 2-Pack (Fat Free / Designer Sculpting) and will purchase the Circular Workout when it comes back out. I also purchased a belly dancing video for cardio and have a rebounder.

Can I do these things on the same day (i.e. Circular, Fat Free & cardio one day and Designer Sculpting, Circular and cardio the next)? Or should I alternate? I like to exercise when it's fun. I just want to have the ultimate results without overdoing it. Any suggestions?

Hard to tell as each individual is different. But overall, try not to overdo it. Set a limit on how much time you will spend exercising each day. Workout hard for that time period and then stop. Listen to your body and don't workout so hard one day that you miss a workout another day. Persistance and consistency are very important. Injuries, among other things, slow down the process and sap the motivation.
