I'm sure others have asked this question before but I was wondering since this way of life is becoming more main stream in the last 10 years:

Do you know anyone who has been raw their whole life?
if not:
Who do you know that's been doing it the longest, and what do you see in their life is different?

Has anyone done studies to see if this way of life makes you live until you are 100 or older?

The reason I'm asking these questions is because I am vegan now and do want to be raw ...however I feel transitioning naturally, or at a slower pace will be the best way for me and I want to get as much info as possible to make the transition easier. :)

Doug Graham (http://www.foodnsport.com/mambo2/) and Storm Talifero (http://www.thegardendiet.com/) have each been raw for about 30 years.
