Messy face Guacamole. . .

I just had to post this of my kids this evening. My son was enjoying his dinner of guacamole and dove in head first.

Recipe;

1 avacodo - mashed with potato masher so not to smooth
1 seeded tomato diced
2 T. minced onion
chopped cilantro
sea salt
lemon juice

Mix and enjoy - untencils optional!! :p

Great shot! I love it! It's funny you should post those images - two nights ago I made guacamole (same basic recipe, but I use lime juice instead) and my three year-old son did essentially the same thing. We were using carrots to dip, and he started dipping his fingers in instead. I wish I had thought to grab my camera!
