please just point me in the direction of some protein sources for raw food folks. i think i know about leafy greens being good....correct?
i forget, is there some sort of raw source similar to soy, without being soy?
do i sound crazy?
i can't handle all the high-carb sugars i'm getting now. not only am i gaining weight, i'm also getting cellulite, which tells me something is not being processed correctly by my body. i drink about a quart of green smoothie every day and i do the opposite of the 60-40 blend i do 60 greens to 40 fruit.
don't want to eat meat for protein, especially after reading about how it kicks calcium out of our bodies (i think that's a quote from someone, perhaps alissa herself).
any thoughts, suggestions. or do i have enough protein already?
