Aasyah, what Purl is trying to say is come over to New England and get some!! :D
Alternatively, do a search on the top you see a banana-icon and type in potato chips and you will find tons of recipe...
.... or simply thinly slice potato/sweet potato/zucchini but these are without marination.... urm i would like to help but I am a read-the-ingredients-and-do-it-along kind of girl.... i can never remember recipes!! :o
safer bet, do the search!!

Thank you Purl and aisah,
I will do the search. :)
Aisah: i am looking forward to trying the various types of chips you mentioned :)
Purl: how long do you hydrate to get the consistancy of a chip?

Is it possible to get the chips crispy like an old SAD chip? I dehydrated some sweet potato chips, but they still seem "chewy" and not crisp. What did ya'lls chips turn out like?

i have done a few times, some with others without marinade. Sometimes it is chewy and at times crispy. I guess only when I am lucky do i get them crispy and I do not remember how or what i did to get them crispy. I am hopeless when it comes to kitchen work  but what i would like to say is if i can remember correctly, i did it thin and small sized ones and none marinated and dehydrate till i cannot stand it any longer!! :D hope that helps :o
best ~ a ;)
