Can somone please tell me if dried shredded coconut is raw.

Some are raw and some arent. Most arent you really have to becareful. A great way to ensure that your coconuts are raw is to do it yourself just buy a mature coconut and break it in healf cut out the meat run it through your champion jucer with the blank screen. wait Alissa has raw coconutflkes in her online store and there are really raw check hers out.
