starting a juice fast next week....

i'm starting a juice fast on thursday and was wondering if anyone else is interested in joining? four days, plenty of time to prepare :)

i'm going to go for 30 days!

i have to refview my calendar book tonite but i'm more than sure it is 30 days already as I decided to do a 30+ and then i lost a bet in the seahawks gambling thead---punishment is fasting so I will add another 5 daysof juiceing instead of water fast.

I started fasting today. I tried to start yesterday, but it just didn't work out LOL. But today feels right and I feel in the zone. How are you doing?

I was just saying to myself that my I.B.S was kicking up,came across your post and it sounded like music to my ears. Next week Monday is going to be my starting date. I have a juice book and it would be great to juice and heal my I.B.S. Now you started this so you are going to get alot of p.ms in the evening when those nasty cravings for raw food come in. All I want you to do is remind my of My IBS and that will surly help to keep me on track.

Hi, I just registered. I searched for such a forum. I need help with my 30-day fast.

I have done them in the past, but since my son was born, almost two years ago, I have not been able to complete a fast. I think if I had support, other than the encouragement from family, it would be much better for me.

If you all don't mind me joining in tomorrow, Friday, I'd really like to be apart of this journey.
