Banana Guacamole

here is a link to see the picture; obviously forget the 'roe' but banana guacamole; *** left out the avocado in the banana avocado combo, but added many of the great flavors of guacamole** Joz here; but avocado and banana sounds like a good combination.

* Samuel can you try this for us and let us know how it comes out? You love to experiment. I kind of go by tried and true results.

and from sad to raw has a mango salsa; substitute banana for mango?

1 med to lrg mango, diced
2-3 green onions
1/2 white onion, diced
fresh cilantro, to taste
2-3 jalapenos, tiny diced

I'm going to try both. The link did not have a recipe just a good picture. I found a recipe for mango so substituting banana for the mango should work.

Can't wait to try both. It's hard to find ripe bananas and mangos though.
