Matt made Alissa's pizza, and we ate it yesterday........Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!! It is so amazing! If you haven't tried it, do it now!

He made it using the "easiest crust," (which was awesome! It really did come out flexible, like pizza dough!). For the cheese, he followed the recipe exactly. For the marinara, he used basil instead of parsley (we have a basil plant growing on our window sill!), and raisins instead of dates, since that's what we had on hand. It was amazing! The best marinara ever.... Then red pepper and mushrooms on top.

And the flavors all concentrated when they were dehydrated....MMMMM! I don't think I've enjoyed a recipe THAT much in a long time!

If you haven't made it, and you miss pizza, make it now!

Great post! I've been wanting to make her pizza, but it sounded a bit daunting. Hearing what you had to say, maybe I'll make it over the Christmas break!! :)

Alissa's pizza is great... the crusts are so good, and it makes a lot, so you can save them. They keep for a while in the fridge- I have some that have been in there for about 2 weeks now. I even use a piece of the crust to make sandwiches too... It is worth the work!
