I was wondering if anyone has the following and would care to share your opinion?

"Making Friends with Your Food DVDs" by Dr. Doug Graham and Roz Gruben
"Raw Secrets" by Frederic Patenaude

What do you think? Worth the money? Not worth the money? Any thoughts at all? =)

Hi Bethany,

I've read "Raw Secrets" It was good but doesn't have anything in it that you don't already know. It's basically about lowering fat intake, upping fruit, simplifying, etc.
