More pictures of Pesto Stuffed Veggies

Hello fellow raw foodist, I thought I would take more pictures of the preperation this time on my Pesto Stuffed Veggies. Below, we have pictures of Pesto Stuffed Red Fresno Chiles and Pesto Stuffed Crimini Mushrooms. I hope you enjoy the pictures.

In the first picture, that is the Red Fresno Chiles sitting in a bowl of marinade. As I cut them into boats, I place them in the bowl. In the second picture, that is all the Red Fresno Chiles marinating in sealable bag. The rest of the pictures are self-explanatory.

Samuel - these look yummy. Not sure I could cope with hot chilli peppers though but I know you like things hot and fiery. My pesto mushrooms looked just like your and were demolished by me for breakfast this morning!!

.... SamuelWilson!! I counted there are 23 stuffed chilies and 35 stuffed mushrooms and 1 HUNGRY LADY!! ME!! :D boy oh boy!! i do not know what else to say apart from BIG thank you for sharing those lovingly prepared yummy good for the soul food!!

English Tracy & aisah, thanks for the kind words. I really do like the pesto stuffed red fresno chiles.

English Tracy, the red fresno chiles are not hot, as long as you seed them and remove the membrane. The only reason they are hot now is because I added 3 habaneros to the pesto. Any red chile would work, I just chose the red fresno chile because it is the most photogenic.
