I have been creating simple recipes for my out of fasting transition. I'm using my sis to taste my recipes and she said this one was simple, not heavy but refreshing. I thought I'd share this recipe.
1 anjoy pear a little soft not mushy
3 stalks of celery
1/4 gala apple
1 wedge of fennel root
Throw all ingredients into Food Processor or Blender until a chunky soup.
