Hi,

I've been trying to find a company on-line to order buckwheat from and I honestly can't find one. All I ever find is buckwheat hulls, buckwheat cereal, buckwheat roasted or Kasha, or buckwheat groats.

Where's the "proper" stuff?

Any help would be most appreciated!

Many thanks in advance!

Is it true that grains must be labled "raw" or else they are not raw? At whole foods stores I don't know if I am expected to know something is raw or if the thing really is raw! The workers there don't all know what "raw" means; they believe that since the grains are in the bins uncooked, that means they are raw. :(
