I have been adhered to raw food diet for almost 1 month. The problem is that i look pale,people around me even thought that i am sick.I do feel more energetic than before, but still sometimes drowsy and sleepy.Any food that can help replenish red blood cell and put some colour on my face?

Fresh fruits like bananas,tangerine,oranges...some soaked almond,sunflower seed, buckwheat...
I am still a student ,having insufficient pocket money to buy organic products :( organic veggie are also hardy found in my living area, so i eat only iceburg lettuce occasionally.

I think that this is just part of the detox process. My sister told me that I looked like "death warmed up". Nobody comments anymore so I am assuming that I look better.

O.k., a couple of things. Dark, leafy greens supply lots of iron. Iceburg lettuce supplies very little if any. If you search this forum for green smoothies you will see a very easy way to get greens into your system. Also, pick up some unsulphered prunes, raisins and/or black mission figs ~ soak them, drink the water and eat the fruit. You'll be ship/shape in no time.
