Wouldn't this be sooooo cool?!

I love watching Iron Chef. I'm not sure why since I wouldn't eat what they make but I just find it so fascitnating that they can take one main ingredient and make these amazing dishes in just one hour.

So wouldn't it be far better if their was a RAW Iron Chef? Now THAT would be worth watching.

What do you guys think?

LOL Maybe we should play it on here one day, someone post the mystery ingredient, you've got an hour to shop and a set amount of time to prepare courses from it, and post the photos.

BTW, if you still watch Iron Chef, check it out when this guy Susur Lee is on this season. We used to eat at his restaurant, and it's amazing, he uses REALLY odd ingredients and makes totally original sometimes even bizzarre food out of them.

I'd love to see a raw chef mop the floor with a cooked chef.

HA, that would totally be cool...I love the culinary arts, and that show does put peeps to the test. Besides, Food Network needs more "live food" dishes on there anyhow.

So...the first (raw) show could be about beets! err maybe even...wasabi!! lol
