Alissas angel hair recipe

hi. well today i made Alissas Angel hair pasta with the marinara sauce. I dont have a blender so i chopped everything instead and left out the dates, it came out like a salsa but it was still yummy. i also added carrots to the zuccini (courgette).
sorry just wanted to say what i did.
even got hubby to try a little :)

It's funny because that was the first raw meal I made for both hubby and I. Later on, I also adapted the marinara recipe...instead of cayenne, I use cinnamon (my 1st stepfamily was Italian LOL).

It's great how recipes can be modified to our tastes! Yay!
