Hi everyone, Jen from St. Lucie, Fl....eating semi-raw for years.probably 50%....36 yrs old...soon to be 37...1 son...almost three years old....married...what else?
battled depression forever.......since 14 or so....medicated....ssri........also used adderal xr for awhile but decided I was just taking it for the "speedy" benefits and quit....(not easy!) gained 15 pounds or so.......not great for a former bulimic.......weight issues......
okay, I guess that is about it. Happy I found this site....very informative! Getting Alyssa's book soon...yay! good luck to all. :p
