Angel hair

This may be a silly question. I never peel zucchini or cucumbers before using. I just run a fork the length of them to score the skin and it them skin and all. The questionis do you peel the zucs for the angelhair pasta. It sounds right but not sure

Doesn't really matter. It looks more like white pasta without the skin, but usually I leave it on. They say the nutrients are right under the skin, so that is one reason. the green looks pretty though. Whatever you prefer :)
