I have a sneeking suspicion

that the body has a memory

about the foods we have eaten

and when they were eaten

what i am specifically referring to are Holidays

every birthday pre raw would be the same

cake and ice cream the sad version

every thanksgiving turkey and stuffing, you get my drift

every christmas sugar sugar and more sugar cookies, pies, ect.

year after year after year

then

all of a sudden

things change and the holidays have come and gone

no sickness, no excess weight gain from Holiday sad

but a tremoundous amount of detox immediately

after the food fare has ended

and all is different

when being raw for the first Holiday season

like the body was waiting for the Holidays,

bracing itself for the huge consumtion of sad foods

and now it's saying, whew. what a relief.

only raw foods this past Holiday season

has been a gift to myself for myself

my body is trying to catch up on the new program

that my mind is telling it

and has gotten over a huge detox after waiting to see if

i were going to eat sad or not and since i didn't

it went to work healing me after the hollidays.

our bodies are amazing. so much more full of perfection

then we will ever begin to understand

cheers.

This is correct ~ it's called cellular memory and it's not only emotional, it is physical. After awhile of putting more really good food into it, you will feel it's little cells dancing in delight. :D
