Nice Addition to Pasta with Pesto

I used to make a yummy SAD pasta with pesto. I added pine nuts and chopped soaked to soft sun dried tomatoes. It was quite yummy.

I tried it with the raw version and it was very very good also!!

what did you use for the noodles? i LOVE zucchini noodles with sundried tomatoes - yum!

Hi pdx kris,

I have used zucchini, the long thin yellow squash that resemble zucchini, crook neck yellow squash and butternut squash. I like them all but I like the zucchini the best.
