Looking for Tortilla Recipes

Does anyone have any good tortilla recipes that do not contain flax seeds?

Grind 1 cup of fresh (or frozen) organic corn kernals with 1/2 cup almond meal (leftover from almond milk). Add about 1/8 cup onion. Grind again. Add a bit of celtic sea salt.

Make them into tortillas on your teflex sheets and dehydrate them until they're flexible - soft like fruit leather... they're pretty danged good!
