I am just going to get started in the next week or two starting raw. I wanted to find a workout program that really worked well with raw and of course, had great results. From what I've read on websites, I've decided to choose between Lotte Berk and the Circular Workout. Any thoughts and personal observations on either? Thanks!

Oh, and if you do the Lotte Berk should you still do weights?

I am new to raw so I don't have a lot of experience to share but I have done the Lotte Berk Method and I have to say it is the best workout I have ever done. I love that it is low impact but you are working out hard. I could feel a the difference from one workout. I came upon the tapes by accident....I found at my public library...had no idea what they were and have not found anyone else that had heard of them until now. I have not worked out on a regular basis like I would have liked but I am hoping by changing my diet to raw I will have more energy to spend more time getting into shape. I have to say Lotte Berk has one move for the buttock/thigh area that is the BEST!!! I mean if you do that one move for a month you should have a FIRM rear. I like that it develops long leam muscle not BULK. I would highly recommend Lotte Berk. My 5 year old daughter loves to do the work outs with me. She will ask to watch them!!! Good Luck :o

Oh forgot to answer about the weights......I'm not sure which tape you have but the one I found has a workout using very light weight both for upper and lower body. Can't remember the name of the tape.....I found 4 at Library....I also found them on Natural Journeys.com web site......hope this helps.
