I posted new pictures today (Feb. 2nd) in case anyone's interested in seeing what raw can do.
For those of you already raw, you KNOW what raw can do, isn't it awesome?
For those of you who are new, you can do this!
I am getting so much healthier and feel good most days now. What a change.
My goal weight is 150, perhaps a few pounds less, we'll see where my body takes me.
Just click on my journal at the bottom, and it'll take you to my pics. :) When you get there, first click on the picture of me dressed in red, and then it'll bring up my most recent picture in a blue, striped shirt. (Just thought I'd clarify what's what)
