on the bottled water label it says

calcium chloride magnesium sulfate and potassium bicarbonate.

what are these substances ? Im sure there are things like that in tap water or filtered tap water....probably more right?

magnesium sulphate is epsom salts. sodium bicarb is baking soda, potassium bicarb is like a potassium version.

If you're buying bottled, stay away from any that have these "ingredients" -- there should only be water in there!!!
Definitely stay away from the generic store brands and anything bottled by a soft drink company!!! I'm sure you know this already, so bear with me on this because many people who are reading this don't realize it.

Definitely read the threads here, but remember to focus on what's being said about bottled if that's what you're relying on.

Fiji is one of the best -- it isn't cheap, but, if you're all raw and eating mostly fruits and veggies, you won't be drinking very much anyway.
