:D Woohoo! Finally! Now I can start making all the wonderful things you all have been talking about! I made pizza bread this weekend. I think I spread it too thinly, because it dehydrated quite quickly and it is too dry to fold or wrap. But I used a piece for pizza crust last night. Worked great! OK - so what are everyone's favorites from the book? :p

I do have a question for Alissa or others: If the recipe doesn't specify that the nuts should be soaked, does that mean they don't need to be soaked? Thanks in advance!

Wishing for Peace for all,
Sharon

Hey Sharon,

what a great birthday present, and happy birthday to you!!

I made the fugde yesterday (it was gone in no time, everybody loved it) and made the raspberry cheese cake today, haven't tasted it yet.
Another one of my favorites is the angel hair pasta with marinara sauce or pesto (don't have a dehydrator, but would LOVE to taste the pizza, yummm pizzaaaaa!) ;)

Thanks Joke!!! Yes, I love the angel hair marinara, too. I have another recipe for that from another book. So many recipes....so little time! ;)

Hmmmm...Maybe I'll make the spinach dip for a non-raw family's Christmas gathering!!! Curtis - is it hard sprouting the grains for the calzone? I have been shying away from recipes that call for sprouted grains.

Thanks!
