Ok everyone I have been admiring the rawfood lifestyle from afar since this past summer but I have one big problem - I LOVE EATING COOKED FOOD from steaks to lobster tails to shrimp and the worst of all - french fries and fried chicken.
How can one take baby steps to moving over to at least 75% raw? I drink my fruit smoothies EVERY day before my workout and I drink lots of water to boot along with a fresh spring lettuce salad.
I need support and help because every day I wake up with good intentions but my lunch time I am ravenous and fall prey to cooked food!
BTW eventhough I run 3 to 5 miles a day I still weight about 137 lbs at 5 ft. 2.
