171 lbs Completed the 30 day challenge !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Lost 12 lbs but best of all I feel great that's wonderful because at age 51 many of my friends look bad and feel worst. I am glad that God has gifted me with this RAW experience. I will continue I am having the experience of my life rediscovering how food really taste!!Will post my befor and after pictures when I get them developed. Peace :D

Well done. That is a good weight loss in 30 days. I've now done 31 days and lost 13 lbs in 28 days. We're heading the right way and will enjoy great health as well.
