I found these in my local store. I hope so, because then I can make wraps!

Unfortunately not. They are cooked. I have seen a lot of raw books list ezekiel breads as a transition food so make the best call you can for yourself and what you want. Know though that they are heated above the temperature that begins to mutate and destry enzymes.

mookie you can also make wraps out of many things, like raw nori sheets, collard greens, lettuce leaves, wilted cabbage leaves, and you can make a recipe for different types of tortillas in the dehydrator. :)

Yes. You simply MUST try Alissa's enchilada wrapper and her pizza bread. YUMMY! :)

I used these in my transition to raw foods early on, but as mentioned they are not raw. Pizza bread is awesome ! I also use big Romaine leaves as wraps for almost everything especially the avo chutney !

so they aren't raw only because of the heat used in cooking?
Could the dough recipe be dehydrated or are some of the ingredients also not raw?

Thank you for the suggestions! Now I have to find a good dehydrator.
I like the lettuce leaf suggestion too.... I will use that in the mean time.
