kale chips and other greens

I really these Kale chips :p can't get enough, I tried collard green chip but they were not good mildly bitter :eek: Has anyone tried anyother greens for chips :confused: that taste good.

I have never tried any greens for chips. I would love to try but do they really taste good?

Leeleelocs, Please tell me more about Kale chips.... do you have a specific recipe you can provide me? I'm new at this and just bought an Excalibur dehydrator and would love to make these. How do you do it???? I love, love, love kale. I juice it almost every day... Yum! :D

Liquid amino's-2 Tbsp, apple cider vinger 1 tbsp., ginger 1tsp., garlic 1 clove chopped, raw olive oil 1 tbsp, lemon juice 1 Tbsp, 1-green onions. I took this liquid and soaked the kale greens in it for 15 minutes, then dehydrated over night. They were very chrisp and tasted like potatoe chips.



I tasted the dressing before I put it on the greens to make sure I liked it. I like tart and salty tastes. If it is to salty for you add a little water befor you put on your greens. Hope you like it.
