Has anyone heard of Juvo raw natrural meals? They come freeze dried in small packages. It has rice in it, but it says raw. Was just wondering if it's any good.
Thanks,
Laura

I've never heard of them before. Seems like kind of a strange product to me.

I don't see freeze drying as a raw process personally. Some things can say "raw" but how a person or company defines that and what processes they use may vary.

Thanks for the info. I'm new to this way of eating so i wasn't sure about rice being raw and freeze drying and stuff like that.

I love this stuff! I feel great after drinking it. If you go to their website, they will send you a free sample!

I heard of Juvo, also have a sample. I have not tried it just yet but curious to know if continuous consumption will give me the needed nutrients.

I wonder how much the makers really know about raw. They recommend mixing it with soy milk.
