BREAD...I did it

I did it I finally made bread. I may seem like no big deal to some but, for me it was. I lurked around and read and re-read post from my family here and yes I did it. I picked up Alissa's book and made Cin/Raisin (3 loaves) and Zuk bread ( 2 loaves)

I made bread for the first time a couple weeks ago. Or should I say, that was the first time, it came out looking and tasting like I planned.

Well, this gives me motivation to give bread a try again! It's never turned out for me either, but I'd be willing to try again!!
