OK, I've decided that starting tomorrow, I'm going to listen to my body and eat or not eat based on how I feel. I will no longer eat based on the number of calories I consume but on whether I'm still hungry or not. I will still track my food intake because I'm going to be curious about what I end up doing, but I won't base my eating on calorie counts. Now, it'll be harder for me to ignore the fat, but I'll give it a try.
