View Full Version : Are there any must eats?

I'm in my 3week raw- 2 of which I have been 100%. In any case,
I tend to keep it very simple and I'm thinkng I'm probably missing something.

Please offer me some advice.

Workout
1. Breakfast
Either a green smoothie with mostly greens and some fruit.
or
Juice - carrots, beets,& greens -

Snacks- fudge balls - 2 or banana or apple
(carob, almond butter, dates, rolled in coconut & Sprouted/dehydrated sunflower seeds.)

Lunch - Big salad mostly greens, and some raw broc, a few baby carrots, tomatoes. with 2 tsp sunflower seeds. Alissa's easy dressing. Sometimes 1/2 avocado

Dinner - like nori w/ 1/2 avocado and some other veggies thrown in.

Snack - more fudge balls - 2 or so.

Sometimes I have almonds during the day. I try not to eat too many nuts. I eat lots of spinach and some kale. At times I buy Lara bars. I eat flax crackers sometimes, rawnola, mushrooms, Thai coconuts, pineapple, I just got some Hempseed protein powder-(raw), just got some collards.....

Any thoughts would be great!

Our bodies have an inner inteligence and if we are missing something we will start craving just what is needed. Victoria Boutenko wrote about this with her children. She took them to a natural Dr. and asked what each one needed for their particular health problems. Turned out it was what they had already been eating almost exclusively. Just eat what you want, if your body needs something you will want it.

It sounds to me as if you are eating very well so you should stop worrying about it and just enjoy it.

I guess sometimes I start getting all freaked our when I read all the posts here. I start second guessing myself. I'm just going to go with the flow and listen to my body like I have been. It has been good to me afterall. It does crave exercise and I give it to it. SO why wouldn't I eat that way! Thanks :)
