just wanted to say hi. i am 35, married no kids. i have been doing some searching for raw food advice etc.. and ii liked this place.
today i started the raw food diet. i am not 100% raw, i thought it would be better to do it in stages, but i am vegan and want to be raw. i hope it will make me feel more healthy and i really want to lose weight.
anyway, kindest wishes to all,
lil fairy girl

Where in Europe are you? I was born in Poland. Yes, this is a great Way of Life. you will be healthy, and loose weight, and your skin will be glowing etc. I wish you could get Alissas Book. Besides delicious recipes she has 1/2 a book of information that is valueable to RAW life.
in the mean time check out this site
http://rawfamily.com/ read Articles, Newsletters and FAQ --good information. there are links for many recipes available that you can pick and choose.
then http://fromsadtoraw.com/
then http://living-foods.com/recipes/
and Alissa's http://alissacohen.com/recipes.html
and one more; http://www.beautifulonraw.com/html/recipes.html you can click on newsletters and choose a date. good information there.
Welcome to this site. You will enjoy it. RAWgards Joz

lil fairy z girl, glad you found this forum. Many of us were vegans before becoming raw (myself included). I have many spicy recipes that I will be more than happy to share with you. The easiest way to view my recipes is to click the search icon (the banana) and search by user and type SamuelWilson with no spaces. This will show all my threads and you can see my recipes.
I really would like for you to try my Pineapple-Cucumber Gazpacho. I am one of those "chileheads", meaning I like my raw cuisine to spicy. My favorite pepper is the Red Savina, this is a proprietary red habanero. I also like classic habaneros, Scotch Bonnets and Jamaican Hots.
