Hi to all of you wonderful raws:),
I´d been trying to stay raw many times before, but somehow I just wasn´t able to... and yesterday I found this excellent site, that I´m sure will motivate me to "stay on board":).
... and if someone like to know more about me and/or let me know about yourselves, please write to me...

Hi Quoniam.
Nice to hear from you. I am in Ireland. I have never been to Prague except to change flights on my way to Tallinn. I know that it is a beautifull city and hope to get there soon.
Welcome to the board and I hope that we will be able to help you on your raw life journey.

Hello Sport,
thanks a lot... I´ve never been to Ireland, even on an airport, actually because of my horses I don´t have too many possibilities to travel...
May I ask, how long you´ve been raw and what brought you to that "lifestyle"? (sorry, my English is not perfect at all, so sometimes I may express not exactly the way I´d like to;))...

Your english seems fine and you should come to Ireland. We have terific horses here.
I have been raw since July and for me it was a natural progression. I have always been vegetarian and had been vegan for about 4 years. I just do it to be healthy in the future. I do not have any health problems right now and want to keep it that way. What has motivated you and what are your aims.

oh yes, my biggest dream is an irish tinker!, I guess Ireland is full of them, but here are only a very few, I saw them only once on a horse-show, and they said there were only three of them in the whole CZ... but maybe in some years...
I have been vegetarian for fifteen years now. I´m not vegan, I couldn´t keep my horses as a vegan, could I? at least I shouldn´t;)... and I also love honey too much.
I find the raw as the most natural way of eating. Also, when I´m raw, I feel much more happiness and satisfaction, no depressions, no needs to overeat (I´m strongly addicted to overeating when cooked and I can´t help it, but when raw - no problem), loosing excess weight without being hungry all the time, and loosing many other small healthproblems...
So the main aim of mine now is just staying raw - all the others will come together:). Anyway - you also had to recognise some possitive changes, even you had no real health problem - ?
