I'm still trying to find a place to get coconut water, since I can't get good young coconuts around here. What do you think about this stuff?:

I found some at a whole foods. They came in the little juice boxes. It tasted slightly sour to me at first, but I did feel rejuvinated and I have since then developed a liking for just the coconut water. The coconut water aparently has electrolytes in it.
I don't remember what they were called. Coco-something.
k :p :p :p

You can ask the company, but I think most items like that are flash pasteurized before packaging. There are sites you can order young coconuts from for delivery though! You might want to give that a try. They are sooo yummy!
I just ordered 30 mature coconuts (wild, local) for delivery next week - I'm going to use the water, chop up the flesh and dry it (what we don't eat anyway). That will last us a long long time!
Cheers,
Sheryl
