No Not me, the ones you eat.

In Alissa's book some recipes say soak, some say don't soak. What about the ones that say nothing. I understand the need to soak for elimination of inhibitors. So do I assume that unless stated all nuts and seeds should be soaked?

meckleyj... oh, I thought you were talking about ME ;)

Actually, only soak if Alissa's recipe says to. The ones that don't say to soak require dry nuts for the recipe to turn out the right consistency.
