I was working out today and had Urban Fitness on (FITTV) and they had a short segment on the Raw Diet. It was nice positive. It is on several times today if you get a chance you may catch it.
I saw one of the contributors was NFL and Cosmic Pepper. Raw is definately a movement that is growing in awareness
