Soy Beans

A friend of mine just started the 30 day challange with me and asked me if the soy beans sold in Trader Joe's refrigerator section are raw. I wan't sure so I thought I would ask you all.

IF you are speaking of the edamame's, then no. They have to be boiled or steamed.

I think that all veg in the freezer section have been blanched before being frozen. Because the time spent in boiling water is very short they are better than cooked but not raw.
