Hi Everyone,

Wanted To Let You All Know That I've Been Playing In The Kitchen All Week And Experimenting, And Oh What A Recipe I Made Up!! If You Want Chocolate Pudding, Well Here It Is!! Make It, Chill It, Eat It And Melt!! It's Better Than Grama Use To Make On The Stove...............its That Good!!

All In The Processor As Follows:

2 Avacados
1/4 Cup Ground Carob Chips
1/4 Cup Cocoa Nibs
1/4 Cup Coco Powder
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Honey
1/4 Agave Nectar
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Process Really Good Until Creamy, Then Pour In Bowl, And Top With Chopped Nuts Of Your Choice. I Used Walnuts. Chill In Fridge, Then Dig In!! It Is So Good I Was Dancing All Around The House!! Enjoy, And Let Me Know How You Like It!! Blessed Be To All :)

If I didn't have cocao nibs or coco powder would carob chips still be OK alone or carob powder? Are the chips raw? I know the powder can be?

thanks so much
I am wanting to make this...

Sweepea32 do a search up above for chocolate mousse, you will find a similar recipe that does not call for cacoa nibs or maple syrup and it is delcious ! carob chips are not raw. I buy my Raw carob powder rigth here from Alissa's store.
