Is there a list of which foods that are in season?

The easiest way to find out is to shop locally at markets... that way you are dealing with the growers direct and know things are grown local. It is amazing how many things are really only available a couple of months a year. I haven't been able to buy cauliflower for months at our market... however it's still happily available as an overseas import from supermarkets.
