Hi all!!!
I am curious to know if green salad can be included in the greens section. Basically is salad a "GREEN"???

As far as I understand it... a salad can be included if you are using dark green leaves... i.e. romain, kale, spinach... etc. But it wouldn't be a "green" if you're using iceburg as your main component.
