I have been wanting to try this since the new year, but have not had the motivation to stick with it. So I will try it again starting today. I have a refrigerator full of fruits and veggies. My goal is to go 21 days with only drinking fruit and veggie juices only and drink water: no food at all!
Does anyone have any advice. I started about 4 days ago but when I realized I needed more fruits and veggies because all I had left was carrots I freaked out because I thought I won't be able to go to the store without buying french bread, asain rice crackers, and individual asian soups. Sure enough I went to the store the next day and that's what I bought. I have now eaten the french bread and crackers and the soup is just about gone. So again I really want to stick with this fast. But I just get overwhelming cravings for food and I always give into them. I really would appreicate some good advice from those who have gone through this and overcame the compulsion and got through the fast. Thank you
