Marinade ingredient substitution

Does anyone have marinade recipes that do not contain soy (Braggs, Nama Shoyu or miso?

I know others will come forward with replies but will give you my insight with hopes it may help. Marinade technically must contain citrus. Have you tried using sea salt instead of miso or Nama Shoyu? I would probably add herbs for the flavor makeup and possibly some type of oil. Good luck.
