Hi, I've been doing the raw diet since Dec. 26 and that was my Xmas present to myself... one of them anyway. I have been a vegetarian for 30 years, so transitioning wasn't that hard, but I suffered headache from coffee withdrawals. I love the raw diet, and I'm waiting for my dehydrator. I've pretty much been living on fruit, salads, nuts, and green juices. It can get a bit boring. Anyone from Pinellas or Pasco Counties here? I live in Holiday, Florida.

Hillsborough is not that far. :) Are there any raw "groups" or restaurants in the area that you know of? I shop a lot at Nature's Food Patch in Clearwater. They have a whole raw section.

Hi,
I have been away for awhile, hopefully I will be able to stick to it this time.
I am in Safety Harbor. I also shop at the Palm Harbor store often.
I went to the new Wild Oats store today and was really disappointed, most of the sale items I went for were out stock. Oh well, glad I tried it out.

There is a raw food potluck that I have been wanting to go to, it is cancelled this month but I plan to go next month. If you are interested let me know and I will forward you the email.
