Anyone got a great salad dressing recipe?

I've been experimenting with salad dressings. Most recipes use too much vinager or are too sweet for my taste. I would really like a creamy dressing that is light on the vinager.

Any recommendations?

This isn't a creamy dressing, but it's so good and simple to make.

lemon juice
flax seed oil
stevia
braggs
sea salt
pepper

Oh, I just thought of of creamy dressing recipe:

creamy tahini dressing

tomatoes
raw cashews
tahini
garlic
lemon juice
nama shoyu or braggs

The Caeser dressing recipe in Alissa's book is excellent. I believe she even says it's the best dressing raw or not, and my family agrees. It's very creamy and not vinegary at all.

I use avacado's to make my creamy dressing.
in the processor:
1 avacado
lemon juice
salt
garlic
half a tomato
cilantro
water to desired consitency

I'm going to print this page and check out the recipe in the book. Finding a good salad dressing recipe will go along way toward helping me stick to this new way of eating.
