Sex!

Has anyone had an increse in sex drive as a result of going raw. I have suffered my whole life with a distinct lack of libido :( and seem to have suddenly "blossomed" at age 37! :eek:

I do hope this is not temporary as my husband is very pleased - ha ha ha!

I never had a problem there, so I did not notice a difference. BUT... my hands and feet are hardly ever cold anymore. I guess it has a positive impact on the blood flow, which would explain an increased desire. I'm happy for you. Enjoy :p

Yes. I remember the first day I went raw for the first time. I had a cooked lunch and then my first raw dinner and that night I was unusually unsleepy and thought I would jump my boyfriends bones. It seemed to level out. But on average it was increased, as was all of my energy.
