Southwest diet

Having lived most of my life in New Mexico, I am trying to go raw, and need recipes that will take the place of all my favorite cooked foods: enchiladas, chili rellenos, stuffed sopapillas, etc.

dude, that is so no problem. :D

Alissa's book alone has enchiladas, chile rellenos, corn tortillas, and corn bread just off the top of my head. Raw chili with all the spices is awesome. No problem at all getting that southwestern flavor into your raw food!
