According to my nutritional studies, B12 is found most significantly in animal protein foods: meat, especially organ meats, oily fish, crabs, oysters, egg yolks, and milk products, especially yogurt. Also tempeh and sprouts (including wheat grass) contain some B12, but it is suggested that some people consuming a strict vegan diet will want to supplement. B12 is also naturally manufactured by healthy intestinal bacteria.
Having said that, anytime grains are sprouted, the nutritional value of that grain increases dramatically. Sprouts along with other vegetable and fruits are a wonderful way to support good metabolism and all around good health.
So to answer your question more pointedly, wheat grass juice does contain some B12. It may be enough for you or it may not. You don't need to consume all that much unless you're pregnant, lactating, a growing child or infant or sick. It does help with fatique and other health-related problems too. Wheat grass juice is more commonly known, I believe, for it's cholorophyll, as an antioxidant (anti-aging, anti-cancer, anti-disease).
Best wishes - hope this helps.

I don't think the B-12 in wheatgrass is available to the body; I really don't know, though.
Here is an interesting opinion/experience on, what appears to be, the availability of sufficient B-12 from chlorella: CHLORELLA as B-12 (http://www.vegsource.com/talk/raw/messages/99921205.html)
Best,
About B12 in plants- it comes largely from the soil they grow in, according to some resources I've read.
This article from vegsource also has information about B12:
